Tash is the Programme Manager for the Trans Learning Partnership. They manage the projects that the TLP run and coordinate future plans for the organisation. They previously worked in the NHS for 12 years and have a background in research and LGBT+ inclusion. They talk a lot about the importance of trans joy and love working in a team of trans people.
