Our Team

Our staff team is made up of trans people with intersections of marginalised racial experience, neurodivergence, disability and histories of migration. Each member of the team brings their own expertise, perspective and lived experience to our work. These intersections are represented in our wider team of governing boards, community representatives and advisory groups.  The TLP staff team are supported by part time Data Officers in each partner agency, whose role it is liaise between the data collection and research elements of the TLP and their own agencies’ data collection and policies.
